Inside the Mind of a Writer
In this week’s episode of Prompted!, we’re taking a deeper dive into the creative process.
I’m introducing a new segment called “Deep Dive”, where I’ll be exploring topics related to writing and creativity in more detail. In this segment, I’ll share my approach to responding to writing prompts, and how I use them to spark inspiration for poetry and short stories.
Then, as with each episode of Prompted!, you’ll hear three poems that emerged from last week’s prompts, as well as three micro-fiction pieces that demonstrate the versatility of the writing prompt exercise.
To wrap up Episode 3, I’ll share my own response to the writing prompt given in Episode 2. And finally, I’ll give you a new writing prompt for this week – so be sure to tune in and take part in the creative process!
